Verbally request that an MPW staff member enroll you; we will document your written or electronic consent in your record.
Stop – Text STOP to 608-251-6060 at any time. We will send a single confirmation of your opt-out and then cease messaging the opted-out line within 24 hours, per new FCC/TCPA rules effective Apr 11 2025.
